Before you decide to make the switch, you must first understand the ramifications of your habits when it comes to food choices. There are plenty of ways that you can do that but allow me to direct you to the sources that really solidified my position and belief that a plant-based lifestyle is the only way to go. I have experienced significant improvement in my athletic activities and I believe you can too; even if you are not an athlete, the quality of your life will definitely improve.
